The KTH Sequencing Facility, funded by the Wallenberg Consortium North (WCN), is a fully equipped resource center for high-throughput capillary DNA sequencing with instrumentation for colony picking, plasmid preparation, cycle sequencing and cycle sequencing clean-up. The center has been involved in whole bacterial genome sequencing, comparative sequencing, clinical DNA sequencing and EST sequencing projects.
The KTH DNA Typing Center, funded by the Wallenberg Consortium North (WCN), is a accredited facility for high-throughput analysis of genetic variation (SNPs) combining automated sample handling with genotyping and confirmatory sequencing.
The KTH Microarray Resource Center, funded by the Wallenberg Consortium North (WCN), is a resource center for high-throughput production of cDNA and oligonucleotide microarrays and performs transcript profling and protein analysis using in-house designed and produced microarrays.
The Swedish Human Proteome Resource (HPR) facility, funded by the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation, has been set-up to allow the systematic exploration of the human proteome with Antibody Proteomics, combining high-throughput generation of affinity-purified (mono-specific) antibodies with protein profiling using tissue arrays.

The KTH Flow Cytometer Core Facility, funded by the Wallenberg Consortium North (WCN), is a resource center for flow cytometric analysis and high-throughput sorting of various cell types and microparticles.
