Objectives: To allow high-throughput DNA-sequencing.
| Description: The unit performs large-scale
sequencing service to be used in genome, genotyping/SNP,
and ChIP and cDNA projects. The access to both conventional
technology and the highly parallel sequencing instrument,
GS-FLX (454), based on pyrosequencing technology offers
a wide range of projects to be pursued. In particular the
