Core responsible: Prof Joakim Lundeberg (

Contact Person: Dr. Max Käller (

Objectives: To allow high-throughput DNA-sequencing.

Description: The unit performs large-scale sequencing service to be used in genome, genotyping/SNP, and ChIP and cDNA projects. The access to both conventional technology and the highly parallel sequencing instrument, GS-FLX (454), based on pyrosequencing technology offers a wide range of projects to be pursued. In particular the picotiter GS-FLX sequencing. More information about the massive DNA sequencing facility can be found at Center for Metagenomic Sequence analysis homepage.
