In case a large number of academic PhD students wish to attend these sessions, not everyone will have the opportunity to receive financial aid. The funding normally covers the participation fee, travelling and living costs for the duration of the workshop or practical session. The selection process will be based on the expected benefit for the PhD student to attend the workshop.
