how to apply

We continously accept applications and register PhD students that are eligible. Since the program is taken online, there is no official deadline for applications. The application is sent by e-mail to aspe@biotech.kth.se.

Your application must contain

• Curriculum Vitae
• A scanned copy of your Master or Undergraduate Degree diploma
• A brief account of your research interests, and how you and your research may benefit from the program offered by the graduate school
• A letter of recommendation from the PhD supervisor certifying that the applicant is accepted to a PhD program at his/her home university

fees

The research school is free of charge for academic PhD students.

The School can offer a limited number of smaller stipends to cover the participation fee, travelling and living costs of external academic students taking individual courses.

Industrial participants can also apply to the graduate school or individual courses for a full-cost course fee.

requirements

The applicant must hold a university degree in the natural sciences. Graduation in engineering, biology, chemistry or biotechnology is recommended.
